Orders are generally processed within 12–24 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

Tier 1 Cities

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via:

  • WhatsApp (where applicable)

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress.

We may use Shiprocket and its associated courier partners to deliver orders across India.

Courier partners may vary depending on location, service availability, and delivery requirements.

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

Yamikage shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Yamikage shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect phone numbers
  • Failure to receive delivery attempts

If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost, damaged, or tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including photographs and, where applicable, an unboxing video.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
