Refund policy

At Yamikage, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept return and replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, replacement, or damage claim, a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The shipping label on the package.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • The condition of the product upon opening.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Claims submitted without the required proof or unboxing video.
  • Requests made after the applicable return period.

4. Refunds

Once a return request is approved and verified:

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed to the customer's verified bank account, UPI ID, or other approved payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

5. Replacements

Eligible products may be replaced with the same product, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit, at our sole discretion.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch from our warehouse, or
  • Within the cancellation period, if applicable.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return and replacement conditions outlined in this policy.
